Cannot connect Samsung Galaxy A55 to DJI Fly app

There seems to be an issue connecting the drone to the app on my Samsung Galaxy a55 (this years model). For you interest im in Thailand and 2 shops including the one i purchased the drone could not connect it although their iphones had no problem connecting to my drone. I went to Samsung, they did an update but still no luck, can somebody tell me if this phone is simply not compatible with the drone/dji app? FYI i want to use the DJO Fly app for their editing.

Android O/S with Google play app store?

Go into your Google play settings and turn PLAY PROTECT off. Then give it another try

still not working, it says " Aircraft maybe connected to another mobile device. Restart and try again"

DJI Fly no longer available on Play Store? You have to download direct from DJI site?
