Be sure to replace those propellers (all of them). They were all battered by those branches... Flying with missing tips create an imbalance and that can create all sort of problems when the motors are under full power (up to 10,000 RPM) and besides having lost a tip or two, the props may have micro cracks that will show up while in the air and it will not fly missing even a small section of a propeller .
100%! Good tip (see what I did there?) I did in fact replace all four sets of props - I'm stocking up on those in general since the future supply here in the US is, shall we say, uncertain.

Hello, all -

New pilot here, picked up a DJI Mini 4k this summer and totally love flying it. Added an Air 3s last week. I’m studying for my Part 107 license, and looking into the possibilities for some side work as I get closer to retiring from my day job.

I live in a rural area of Connecticut, and we have LOTS of woods and hiking trails around us. Beautiful but treacherous to drones, as my brand-new Air 3s illustrated by perching 50’ up in an old oak.

Laugh at me, everyone else has already. Still gonna fly.
A big welcome to the forum from the UK!
