Concerning the magnetic interference, all it takes is something with a strong enough magnetic field, to distort the
compass reading at the power up. And, that info is not mentioned anywhere in DJI manuals or guidance that I know about. Here is a example, a pilot used a large metal chain, to keep his fabric landing pad from blowing away. He used this heavy metal chain to secure his landing pad on all four sides. Found out that when he powered up the aircraft on the landing pad with those chains it caused him issues. You can do a search query using one word to find out if other pilots have had similar issues.
