New MPP, Green Screen

I have a solid green screen in my DJI Go4 app. Also the 3 small bars on the lower right to get into the camera settings does not work. I have a iphone7. I have updated the firmware twice. The DJI Assistant 2 is not on an apple product. When flying the part of the iphone screen above the green will pixellate when I move the camera. Sitting inside the top of the screen is good. Do I have any setting wrong? Thanks, Joe.

FYI: Rebooted iphone and everything works

I would try a different cable to the RC. Use your USB cable and disconnect any cable plugged into the side of the RC.
