I just got a new Mavic 2 Pro. After reviewing many videos, I decided to perform the IMU calibration. I set it up, and started the sequence with full batteries on controller, aircraft, and phone. It started the calibration, but never moved away from the first screen. I was never prompted to move the aircraft. Finally, the batteries were getting low, so I stopped (after waiting about 40 minutes on the initial screen)
Now I cant get the charger to charge the controller. The state of charge just gradually lowers even though its all plugged in. Any advice?
Thanks so much

I assume you are using the small charger port on left side of controller not the full size usb port on the bottom of controller.

Although the side charging port appears rectangular there is a right and wrong way to insert the micro USB charging cable. The User Manual has a drawing of the port and cable orientation.

While we are on the side port. Another strong suggestion is to use the bottom USB port to attach RC to display. Anker is a good brand. If you use an iPad, be sure the cable is MFI certified.

I appreciate all your helpful thoughts. I forgot to add that the charger will not charge the flight battery either, so there is a pretty big charger failure
