So I stopped off on my way home from work yesterday to get some video of a farm field. I have never flown in this area before and got the usual warning that unpaved airstrips are in the area. I went to take off and prompt came up with 2 check boxes. "Do you have permission to fly in this area" and "do you take full responsibility for your actions" (or something like that) I checked both boxes and took off. I have not done the new update yet and wonder if these are related.

I had that too, seems to me you must have been in a yellow area..... so the no fly zones (airports) are red then you have a big yellow area which is part of the 5 mile rule. so with it being yellow you had to unlock as they say the area which is what you did by answering the questions... Hope that helps.

Yep. Get ready for "Neighbor X has filed their neighborhood airspace as restricted with DJI's Office of Geospacial Enforcement, craft cannot take off."

"A school bus may drive up this road once a day and this area's airspace has been restricted with DJI's Office of Geospacial Enforcement, craft cannot take off."

"Your backyard's airspace has been restricted with DJI's Office of Geospacial Enforcement (OGE) as you may go beyond your Geo Limited Boundaries as set by DJI's Nanny Team, craft cannot take off."

I thought that might be it. Just strange I have never seen it before. My house is very near a paved airport and I dont get that when flying at home.

As long as it doesnt ground you and you are still able to override it by answering the questions, "Do you have permission to fly in this area" and "do you take full responsibility for your actions"

That's supposed to be an 'intelligent' warning in that it knows if (for example) military jets are flying that day.
It's the same here and it definitely doesn't always show e.g. weekends usually not there because they won't be out.
However I've sometimes had the box repeatedly popping up during flight which was one of the main reasons I've downgraded to an older app and formware - and am unenthusiastic about new versions.
