New to Lincolnshire UK, need good flying spots!

Hello all!

I'm new to the UK, based in Lincoln and need some good flying spots in Lincolnshire. Went down to the West common and did a couple of low laps around the cricket pitch but it seems almost all of Lincoln is a red restricted zone? The rules here don't seem as straight forward as Australia, I was probably flying illegally but I had already walked all the way down there so wanted to have a buzz around!

I have a car so am keen to drive to some nice spots around Lincolnshire to get some decent flights in without having to worry about restrictions.

Any advice on where/how to fly would be awesome! Would definitely consider myself a beginner!

Download Drone Assist & you’ll see how restricted it is around Lincoln - probably having RAF Waddington on your doorstep doesn’t help! You’ll need to do some driving to clear the NFZ, but not too far by the look of it

I’m in Sleaford plenty of fields to buzz around- also good off the coast
