New to Mavric

Can anyone please tell me why I'm getting a part green screen on my phone from my camera, I've just got my new dji mavric today and set it up, done all the calibrations charged all the battery. It fly's great and take's good photos but the video play back has the green screen covering about 80% of the screen, same as what I see when I use it.
