This might be what you want to believe but perhaps you should read the document. < 250g and everything else are "Aircraft."

I've read it forward and backwards. The RPAS rules literally start off with the clause that says they apply to drones between 250g and 25kg.

II assume you saw me post this in the other thread, but just to follow up, here's Transport Canada's own words on the subject:

"While we don’t restrict where you can fly a #drone that weighs less than 250 g (also called a micro drone), you must not put aircraft or people in danger. Keep everyone safe by flying smart."

II assume you saw me post this in the other thread, but just to follow up, here's Transport Canada's own words on the subject:

All I know is currently the CARs say they're exempt. Not gonna debate you anymore, the OP can believe who he likes. Fly safe and have a great day!
