New user: why some my posts have to be approved

I'm a new user on the forum and some of my posts need approval from a moderator - why is that? I didn't write any word that could be violating common sense.

There is nothing to worry about. There are automatic filters in place to help fight spam posting. It appears that you registered for the forum in Italy, and your recent posts have originated in Germany so the filter has been flagging some of your posts.
