Newb with DJI Quiz problem

I keep getting a white screen with
Error: XHR_ERROR:0: when I try and take the quiz. No questions are ever seen. Any help would be appreciated.

Me too. Brand new MA just unboxed yesterday. I’m in Australia. It lets me exit and fly after that but it’s a bit annoying.

Try re downloading the dji app

Delete everything DJI GO 4 related files on your device->reboot device->download DJI GO 4 and re install. Hopefully this will fix that error.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I will try reloading Go 4 app today.
Any thoughts that the problem could be that I'm using a iPhone 6 with IOS 11.4.1?

Delete and re-install of DJI Go 4 fixed this for me. All of my camera settings were retained after I re-installed. Got 9/9 on the test too - so I'm good to go - woohoo!!!

Yeah. The settings are saved on the drone itself. Sometimes they do get blown out when you update firmware on the drone (understandable but kind of a pain).
