Newbie question on goggles and iPad

I'm in the middle of purchasing a Mavic Air and want to use it with an iPad and Goggles so that my guest can watch the flight. I've read a ton of posts about whether this can be done. I came across this forum and immediately joined! My question for the community is this: can I set up the Air to fly with an iPad while my guest watches with DJI goggles and, if so, wlll the guest have head-tracking gimbal control? I think the hardware fix is with one of these Miracast dongles or is there a better solution? Thanks for any suggestions - by the way, this is one of the best forums on any topic I've seen!!
