You might want to visit the DJI support site and find the firmware available for download as a zip file. Unzip it and place the xxxx.bin file in the root directory/folder of an sd-card and restart the camera. It should install the firmware that way.

Does or does NOT work?

Did you try the manual method. From what I noticed on the first upgrade - over wifi, it still downloaded the xxx.bin file to the root folder and then installed it from there. So getting it from their site and putting it on the sd-card accomplishes the same thing in a different manner.

When at 50% connect directly to osmo action WiFi, then it will finish update.
