This isn’t the court speaking it’s the FAA? Just making sure because some of this stuff sounds like whomever is speaking had been drinking too much of the FAA’s Koolaid.
For instance the whole “remote ID is the same thing as a license plate” argument ain’t gonna fly. Remote ID is like all cars having transponders which the American public wouldn’t accept. They also say that all aircraft must transmit their location when in the National airspace but that isn’t true and is easily debunked. I’m a little shocked the FAA would make that argument in court.
