Is anybody out there running a custom ROM in their ASUS Nexus 7 (2103) to improve performance and/or stability?
Mine's rooted, running OS 6.0.1 and on the stock ROM; it works pretty well and rarely causes any problems, but I use it only for the Mavic, it stays in airplane mode most of the time and I've been stripping out anything not needed for the drone.
I'm pretty certain the stock ROM is larded with all sorts of junk for texting, email, FacePoop etc. that might cause problems with Go4 and slow down the Nexus, like barnacles on a boat hull. So, have any of you found a hotrod ROM that scrapes the hull and makes the most of the Nexus for flying?
