Niagara Falls, US side

Hi all. Does anybody knows if i can fly on DJI Mini 2 over Niagara Falls from US side ?

In Niagara Falls State Park, (per FAA rule 14 CFR 93 Sub E), there is a flight restriction in the vicinity of Niagara Falls State Park that amounts to a No Fly Zone. All flights below 3,500 feet are restricted, Therefore, UAS are prohibited in Niagara Falls State Park. No permit will be issued.

Wouldn't the water spray get into the drone and drop it into the falls?

Flying over Niagara Falls would be extremely unsafe in so many ways (never-mind that it would be illegal). There are tons of tourists, site-seeing helicopters, etc. Besides which, the border with Canada runs right through the middle of the Niagara River. Flying there is not an option.
