Night Shot 1Sec Shutter Speed While Flying Backwards

I was wondering how a night photo will looks like with a 1 sec shutter speed and flying backwards.
Think if someone can master it then there will be some pretty nice photos.
I need to practice more.

I was in P mode. But yes a good point probably I should try it in T mode.
I can't tell the speed, just flew backwards and took a photo.

Yes, you might get the same effect by flying forward but flying forward or backwards is basically the same, or not? Why do you think flying forward would be easier?
