It will be a pretty big fine here in the States if he is caught. The way to fix this video is to not take it.

The video was taken with 4k 24 fps auto focus off but on auto rather than manual. I think maybe the blurriness would have been fixed with manual but it was hard to get the iso down without being pitch dark. Anyone know what to do to improve video. The photos were terrible because i think on manual it is better. I was told 2.4 K 30 fps increase shutter to 2 seconds also low iso i think 100. Please can u tell me how to increase shutter to 2 sec? Are you aware of the regs and laws as to where and when you can fly your drone? If not, a guy put up a really good post titled "The Rules". They are really pretty simple. You might want to check it out before you do something like this.
