Does anyone know how to restart the daily email list of topics?

Click on your icon in upper right, next to the mail symbol and bell. Then click on manage subscription

Thank you, but both weekly and daily subscriptions were checked.

I am having the same problems and have checked the daily and weekly subscribe, but still am not receiving the emails any other suggestions
