NO FIRMWARE in the remote controller

Hello, I´m Sebastian from Buenos Aires. I got a Mavic Pro 3 days ago and after upload the RC software never started again. The current version of the Firmware is 0.000.000.....NO FIRMWARE "Connecting" is the message displayed. I tried from different computers and cables via DJI Assistant 2 but procedure failed. Any Ideas?
