No firmware listed in DJI Assistant 2

Hi everyone. I have been extremely busy in recent months and as such, haven't had time to do anything with my MP. This past week I built a new killer computer. Today I installed DJI Assistant 2. Then I connected my MP controller to it and when the screen populated, there was no firmware listed. Just an empty screen with no options.

Anyone seen this before. Not sure what to do. Want to bring my gear up to current but I have never seen this particular issue before.

Make sure you're also connected to the MP and it's turned on. I just use the app when connected to the MP to update and I've never had any problems.
