No Photos & Videos On Drone When Accessing Quick Transfer

When I connect my iPad to the Mini 3 drone by WiFi to do a quick file transfer, there are no videos or photos in the drone album to transfer. However, when I remove the SD card they are all there. How do I get the photos & videos to show up on the iPad DJI Fly App for quick transfer?

My Mini 2 behaves like this intermittently too. I pop the card out and then in and that usually solves the issue.
