No response from DJI regarding interest in purchasing Mavic 2 Enterprise

I am a K-9 search and rescue captain in Japan with 23 years experience. My team was deployed to all kinds of disasters. Earthquakes, landslides, avalanches, tsunami, and missing persons. I recently found Mavic 2 Enterprise and I came to the conclusion that it would be a great additional Aid in search and rescue activity. So far I found that it can be sold only by DJI authorized sellers but it's very hard to contact them. So far I filled up two purchase forms without any response from them. The application forms were in Japanese so I presume my message went to a Japanese DJI authorized seller. Would anybody be kind enough helping me in finding a way to contact them by direct email or the telephone number in Japan?
