No Unlock on my controllers menu

I've for the last year and a half been able to fight my way through DJI's unlock website for the authorization zone I have to work in... for the last month or more there is no place on the menu of my controller to do this...... I'm now trying to up grade my firmware or such and a window comes up that says I have to log into DJI to do this and when I 'hit' this nothing happens.... can somebody help.
