I have noticed that my most recent footage when exported from Premiere Pro CC 2018 has had added noise/pixelation/flicker to it when the original d-log footage does not. Not sure what the issue is as this has not been the case in the past. I am exporting the footage in H.264 format and Match Source - High Bit Rate preset.
I have included links to the Original D-Log Footage, Original D-Log Footage exported from Premiere Pro as well as the Original D-Log Footage with Neat Video exported from Premiere Pro below. You will notice the noise/pixelation/flicker in the upper left corner of the video (blue water) from the 2 to 5 second mark, it is super noticeable. Anyone know what the issue could be? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
