Not able to buy DJI Care Refresh

I have now for weeks and several times, tried to buy a DJI refresh programme. I tried immediately after I have activated my Mavic Air and a lot of times since then. Buy it keeps asking for SN for the Gimbal and teleinfrastruktur me that my MA SN doesn’t exist it also tells me that I have pending orders in my Basket, bur there is none when I look there. Please help me because I would very much begin to fly. I tried to write to DJI support but it is not possible..
Has anyone tried something similar????

You can chat with DJI online here. Click "Online Support" at the bottom of that page and then click "Mavic".
 
I now chatted with DJI, but they just told me that the 48 hours were gone to write a mail to DJIcare to apply for an exception in my case......
I just hate to tell the same story 2-4 times to different employees, when you think you went the right place 1. time, DJI support for DJIRefresh
