Hope someone can help me.
I recently bought a mavic pro and i am having some issues with iphone x.
i cannot connect to rc and mavic with the iphone x (tried with 2 iphones x), it recognizes the lightning connection and charges battery but not as the RC, so the app says disconnected.
I tried connecting with an iphone 7 on IOS 14.4.1 and it worked well, i updated it to the 14.6 and it connects too.
1. Iphone x: IOS 14.6 (latest firmware as today)
2. Iphone x: IOS 14.4.2
Aircraft software is on 01.04.0500
RC software is on 01.04.0500
DJI Go 4 App 4.3.42
i tried several things in order to resolve this issue:
1. Deleting App, turning off, then on and reinstalling: Didn't work
2. Trying different cable: same issue, it worked with ip 7
3. Tried connecting via wifi: Couldn't connect.
4. Tried powering on the different elements (drone RC / app) in every possible order: same issue.
