Not able to retrieve data from M2P with USB cable

Hi everyone,

I am connecting the drone with the usb to my laptop and try to download the data but after few seconds the connection is getting lost and I am not able to get the data... Anyone else facing this issue?

If you mean the logs, they wouldn't be of much use to you anyway as they are encrypted.

I mean the video and pictures from SD card or internal storage, I can see the files but when I want download then if fails

Have you tried removing the SD card and read directly into computer via sd/micro sd card reader?
