Not Charging

I have 4 Mavic Air Batteys and they will not charge, At least not yet. I would like some help.

Just some of the questions that may be asked and help you

1, How old are the batteries/how many charge cycles ?
2. How are you attempting to charge them ?
3. Have they taken a charge before ?

Hey guys, I dont know if this was posted before but has anyone had an issue with a Mavic Air battery not charging and no lights on the battery will light up no matter what you try? Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
