Not enough detail

Hi guys,

I made this video yesterday but if u look closely, you'll see the background trees have no details at all. I was using a nd4polarized polarpro filter around 6am with enough sunlight. I dont know if this is due to me upgrading to .900?

What did I do wrong, please help im worries

Nd4polarized filter

Iso100 4k 24fps 50 shutter

Sharpen -1 contrast -1 saturation -1

I never had an issue with -1 before

Set sharpen to +1 instead of -1. That is very likely your problem, even though you never had an issue before.

Haven't yet been recording with .900 but settings had altered. With some people's problems from previous update fixed.
Suggest setting sharpen to +1 now and see how that goes.

Okay I will try +1 tomorrow. Is it true that camera recording settings have been altered by dji in the update?

Sometime the updates step all over your settings. Good to check them periodically in any case.

You can test these settings on the ground by pointing the camera out the window.

I shot this using -1, -3, -3, D-Log.
Added a tad of sharpen and contrast in post, together with 3D LUT from GroundControl
(Music with ads added to avoid complete silence, was testing RTH and the polarizer that I picked up today)

Why the hell hasn't dji been able to fix that horizon issue its soo ugly. I always have to fix that bent horizon in post. Annoying. How hard can it be to fix
