Ok to begin with....did you calibrate the remote controller in the GO4 app?

What? Seriously, what?

Have you ever calibrated the IMU? Having the drone on an unlevel surface during calibration would cause this.
just did the remove calibration iv done IMU before but wear do u do ur IMU at in the house out side kinda hard to find a perfect level spot that doesnt have metal to throw it off

The worse thing you can ever do with your Mavic Pro..and that is take it for granted. Pay attention to every sentence in the 1.6 manual. Getting your aircraft in the sky is the absolute last thing you even want to be concerned about.

If you don't think you have it in yourself to give this a 100%....then stop now because you are just going to end up very unhappy with the outcome. If you need help in any way, post a thread there is many here that will help.

Btw....if I need to see something when needing help, I like to search youtube for someone in a similar situation.

Also....you can use the box your mavic came in for some of the calibrations you're wanting to do in the house.

IMU does not care about metal, compass does.

I cut a square board, and put an adjustable foot at each corner... The type of feet that can be extended by screwing and unscrewing them. I set it on my dining room table, put a level on it, and adjust the feet till it's level. It takes about a minute to set it up and get it level.

Not normal. Not normal at all. Calibrate my friend. Mine flies straight as an arrow and I have never calibrated anything...but if it was flying like that it would be grounded until it was flying straight. That there is wonky.

i did look at the logs and looked at the stick controls at the time looks like when i push up to move forward am slightly pushing right like by 16% so could be fine just not pushing straight on the stick

I used a turn table style table to calibrate the compass that seem to fix the bad gimbal drift haven't tried much flying after imu calibration yet been raining past few days

When calibrating the compass and after completing the first 360 rotation, did you complete the next step with the a/c on it's side, or nose down?
