NOTAMs and Skyvector

Maybe I'm just losing my mind but....

I've created plans via www.1800wxbrief.com and almost positive I've seen them populate on VFR maps on Skyvector.com shortly thereafter.

My latest plan hasn't populated and wondering if something has changed or am I just remembering incorrectly.



Where and How do you create a plan that is populated on the Skyvector maps?
