Odd setting showing in log

Anyone have a clue what this means? All I was doing is hovering while setting flight mode to Cine. Is Joystick synonymous with ATTI? If so - how did I manually get into this mode by simply moving the SC mode switch left to right??

No, Joystick mode isn't ATTI ... it's not fully clear what Joystick mode is, but it seems to be some kind of authority handover between the DJI SDK & manual stick mode ... it's very often seen when launching automated modes from the app, during the execution of those the DJI SDK have the command over your drone & you can't control it with the sticks until you cancel the automated mode.

In your case it lasted for 0,1sec in between the ordinary GPS mode & Cine mode ...

Well - I was simply sliding the button from P to C when it happened, and using DJI Fly. Nothing special at all. Probably a bug in the code or an ill-mannered slide switch de-bounce. That flight turned out to have a few weird mid-flight stops; so who knows, DJI isn't infallable.
