OK to discharge the battery to 0% ?

This is an old thread now, but reading through it I don't see any mention that these are not normal lipos... I believe they are a high voltage variant, Take a look at the voltages on the casing Nominal Voltage: 7.7v, Maximum Charge Voltage: 8.8v... nominal on a 2s should be 7.4v and max should be 8.4v.. maybe a little more.. anyways.. point being with all the caveats in this discussion I think you should also consider that "safe" (>3.0v) and "storage" (3.85v) voltages are possibly 0.3 volts or so higher than normal. It seems fairly clear that you can safely run the batteries down to zero without destroying the battery, but you will be degrading your battery more quickly than if you landed with higher remaining capacity.
