I have a client that is requiring an operations/policy manual.

I was wondering if anyone has one, could share or point me toward a resource for one.

There are a lot of examples on the www.
Just curious, what type of business?
Part 107 or not?
What country?
Insured/bonded?
CoAs/CoWs?
Trained VOs?
Contingency plans?
Pricings established?
