Opti mode Mavic controller

I was flying my Mavic yesterday & all of a sudden the controller went from GPS to OPTI MODE. Do anyone have a clue to as what that mean or is about?

it means you lost GPS signal so it went into optical mode (i.e. sensors)

my Mavic showed opti on my ipad air 2 at the same time the rc displayed gps.
Solved issue by turning off ipad wifi
