Mini 4 Pro Out of Focus Video

I noticed during a recent posting of a video taken with the Mini 4 Pro in 4K that during veritcal and lateral movements the detail was slightly blurring. When fixed, it was perfect.
Is that normal for the Mini 4 Pro?

Motion blur maybe... & it's worse with slower shutter speeds and/or close to objects.

The movement was slow and not too close. Have no idea of the settings.
I was 'considering' selling my Mavic Pro v1 and getting the Mini 4 Pro, but sure don't want that feature. Will do more research.
