Overexposed video and looking very flat

This is shot with Mavic Air 4k at 30fps. D-cinelike.
iso 100 shutter 1/60 ev 1.3 and ND16.

This was on the 2nd day of flying a Mavic so I had no idea what I'm doing with the settings. Is it because of the wrong settings hence the image looked really flat? I've already done some basic color grading and the original is much worse than this.
 
Looks just about perfect here. D-Cinelike is meant to be flat to give you grading leeway, which implies grading becomes necessary, so if that's not what you want don't use it.

If you were at EV1.3 then you intentionally overexposed...
 
Yeah it was set on EV1.3. I didn't even knew what EV was when I first flew the drone.

Before the flight, I only did some basic research said they said to shot it in D-cinelike with ND filters. I really didn't have much clue of what I was getting into. I just wanted something simple so I don't have to do major post editing. I'm definitely going to try filming it in normal mode next time.
