P in flight mode

Can someone please remind me what the P means in the flight mode part of the DJI fly home screen.

P mode is Positioning Mode, means all your sensors and GPS are active.

Sorry I should have mentioned above it's for a Mavic air 2. Does the P override Sport, normal and tripod modes. ???

P Mode is Normal Mode
DJI just changed the name to confuse people.

When I'm in normal, sport or tripod mode it says this in the top left of screen, so when all sensors and GPS are active Will it always say P

GPS is active in all modes
Sensors are active in Normal and Tripod modes

I feel such an idiot, thanks for pointing that out. There's so much to take on board and learn. A rookie mistake ?

I can't get my Mav air 2 I active track mode. There is no control on the left side of the screen to select to put it into p mode.
