Can a Point of Interest be put in after a waypoint mission is created?

Yes...you just go to the library, pull out the mission you want and go through it and save the changes ....you do also have to associate the new point(s) of interest to a specific waypoint(s)

If a waypoint has a point of interest ,,Is for that single waypoint only
I haven't tried more than one as of late

You can have as many waypoints as you want correspond to a POI...so the drone will take whatever action you have selected (photo, video for instance) from the way point of the POI......but each waypoint can only be associated to one POI...it cannot point at more than one POI at a time
