PAl vs NTSC

Can anyone help ? regardless if I change the video from PAL to NTSC it satys on 4k 24 FPS when I thought PAL was 4k 25 fps

I had this happen once and I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to change it.

Strange. The PAL on 4K has 24fps or 25fps.

That happens on the highest 4K setting, the second one down has 24 or 25 fps
That's 16:9 aspect ratio too and is usually the best option
