Password login help

This forum won't let me log in with my email and password from my new computer. My account is locked after too many failed attempts.
I did a password reset from one of the machines, but when I try it on the other machine, I can't get in. It will lock again. Any admin help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using a VPN on the one you cannot sign in on, close it and try again.

I use a tunnel for work but keep it separate. I don't use a VPN.
It is working now on the new machine. This 38" Samsung monitor is a dream.
