PGYTECH CPL Filter defective?

I received my PGY filter set today and noticed the CPL filer lens is uneven with the frame. Anyone else have this issue with their filters?

I was thinking the same thing but am afraid I might break the lens. I contacted the seller on Amazon and see what they say.
