Only the rules and regulations....and the court orders are designed to gain compliance from the law-abiding community and in particular, those related to the FAA and drones. Criminals don't obey the laws especially when they are not enforced.

I would like to have seen YT receive some form of reprimand as well for permitting this contributor to post illegal activities as well. There are SO MANY on YT performing reprehensible activities, all to acquire attention, that are so disruptive, not to mention, dangerous, to society. Having said that, I do believe in the 1st amendment, but if other's response to me is everyone should be able to post what ever they want, in the name of the 1st, then YT should NOT have the right to censor only what THEY want either?

I agree with Russ - I thought Mikey got off pretty easy in exchange for surrendering anything drone related. He finds a different hobby/job and life goes on.
