Photo camera pixel resolution

I tried to upload pics to a site that reported my photos did not have enough resolution of 1920x1080 pixels minimum. On DJI GO4 I chose the highest resolution I could find (HD 4K) and still it appears my pics don’t meet the minimum for the site. Am I missing some setting? Thank you. On Mavic 2 Pro.

I assume you did not pull the SD card out and upload the picture from the one that was on the SD Card. Low resolution .jpg images are created and accessible using DJIGO 4 , but the higher resolution files are found on the SD card.

Me bad, really bad. No, I did not pull the SD card, just used the files created on my iPad mini by DJIGO. And what is worst, I formatted the card to free the space. Is a 64GB card, and I used about half. Well... will have to fly my Mavic again . Thank you very much, I had no idea.

Thats what we are here for! Dont feel bad. I recently left my single SD card in the card reader attached to my laptop while I was in Alaska. Went out for a day of pictures and videos only to find that there was no SD card in the Mavic!
Such a let down when you fly up and frame an amazing shot and then press the camera settings and discover you have no SD card. 20 minutes each way to get the SD card and back to the first spot. Now I always have more than one SD card in my flight bag.

The really good stuff is always on the SD card. Also try shooting AEB mode and combining the snaps with Photomatix or better yet Aurora. Single Exposure shots are fine , but just dont do justice to what is possible.
