Photo transfer to Mobile device failure

I am unable to transfer photo & video capture by Mavic Pro using DJI go app to my iPhone 7, I try all sorts of rebooting my drone/iPhone but in vain ... have anyone have any clue how to resolve this?

Did you go into your settings on iPhone and allow access to your photos through DJI app?

If the photos or videos file are too large, it can also affect the result of data transfer

What is the quick fix to this issue? i have the same problem on my iPhone 8.

P.S It was finally fixed with this nice method. works for both Android and iOS devices
