In the field without a laptop is there a easy way to get files off the A3S to a external SSD with or without using the RC2?

Carry spare microSD cards with you and simply swap 'em out when one approaches max capacity.

I change SD cards every time I change batteries just as a precaution . It’s a nice and cheap insurance policy . This protects me from bad SD cards and crashes.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I carry three with me. But I would prefer not to have remove and insert cards. Plugging in a cable is faster and doable with gloves on. Well it looks like there is no way to avoid card swapping for now.
