Photos not saving to album

Hi, I‘ve got an issue where any still images I take with my Mini do not appear in the DJI Fly album when I’m not connected to my drone. All the videos I have shot are there in low resolution but none of the still images are. However, when I’m connected to my Mini and tap on the album icon on the flight screen, they appear. Am I missing something?

I usually take my MicroSD card out and insert into computer with an adapter to see all the Hi Res images. Maybe when you are connected to the Mini you are able to view what is on the MicroSD card....

Hi,

On DJI fly album, and on the phone, by default (don't know if it can be changed) only a low resolution video are stored. If you want the photo or video full res saved on the phone you have to press the playback button on dji fly camera view when connected to the aircraft and then you can download the photos and videos you want.
