Photos won’t sync to phone!!!

So frustrating!!! When I take a pic, it does not sync to iPhone. Drone is updated, Air2s. iPhone on 15.1. It has to be the drone. My previous drone sent pics to phone. Option is checked in settings.
Any suggestions?

I have the same issue....seems to be a bug with v1.5 & 1.51. I've heard some users are downloading the files from the DJI Fly album as a work around.

On my iPhone there is now a new photo album called DJI Album that was not there before. Do you have that new album in your photos?

I do have that and didn’t know. However, it’s not putting pics I take in it.

Same here...I have the folder but no pics or videos in it.

I think, once you have downloaded the Hi resolution version of a photo it will show up in the new dji album on your iPhone. That’s how it has worked out for me.

When you say photos won't sync to phone is that achieved by pairing the drone with your phone? Cause I can't even get that done!
