Photoshop/LightRoom Users

I have a Mavic Air photo I need to come to life for my next door neighbours birthday.
I was wondering if any of you budding lightroom/photoshop experts could have a play (pro bono)?

When I enhance it coz its only cell phone software it does the whole picture rather than just the area needed.

The white buildings at the bottom edge are a bit distracting in the composition, but the curving coastline there is foreground interest, I'd probably crop out or somehow darken them down.
Cropping does make horizon very central which is generally best avoided.

Its the next door neighbours girlfriend who is giving to her partner, it shows where he swims, kayak fishes, lives etc.

I will show her results and get her to choose, not sure how it will be cropped. It will be enlarged and framed.

It is taken with my Mavic Air - Panorama (9 shots stitched together).
